The location is excellent, and the staff are very kind. The apartments are big, well equipped, and well maintained, and there’s a restaurant. A problem for families in winter is that kids can’t use the indoor pool all the time, and it’s too cold for outdoor activities. The breakfast could be better too, since they ran out of fruit and yogurt. You also can’t use the amenities before check-in or after check-out.

The view is even lovelier than the hotel itself. Service was excellent, and the room was in great shape. The pools are nice and adequate, though they could use a little maintenance. The linens were good, but there were no bathrobes. At first, the food service seemed very limited, with only light meals available during a short window. Later we realized that in Villa General Belgrano, it makes sense to go out and enjoy the excellent range of food. Maybe there’s almost too much choice...

A very convenient option for a few days in Villa General Belgrano, with comfortable facilities and pleasant spaces. I’d add more choices to the breakfast buffet, perhaps cake or pastries, even though what’s there is complete. The heated pool area’s child-friendly hours could be limited to something like 12 to 5 pm. The sign says no food or drinks and no jumping, but people were drinking mate, children were eating, and they were jumping from the pool edge. Still, it’s a very good place to stay.

The facilities were spotless and super clean, and every staff member was respectful, friendly, and ready to help. The experience was excellent right from my first WhatsApp message asking about availability. They replied immediately and were helpful throughout. 100% recommended.
