The stay was pleasant, and we'll be back. This has become my new favorite spot in Villa Gesell. Service was very good, breakfast was very good, and the attention was excellent the whole time. There are things they could improve, sure, but for the price it's great.

All the reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and the café staff kept checking on us with a smile. We had no complaints about the facilities. It was only a short stay, but we'd definitely return. They really do live up to the 4-star rating. I hadn't been able to find a hotel for a quick getaway with my husband. Sebastián messaged me and arranged a reservation, even though it wasn't his job. I paid that same day we traveled.

The room was comfortable, and from the 11th floor the view was beautiful. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and every staff member was very friendly. On some days a woman comes by offering complimentary facials. She shows you her products, which you can choose to buy.

We'll be back. The rooms have a real sea view, and the bar on the top floor looks out over the city and beach spectacularly. The hotel is spotless, and every staff member is so attentive. It's my new place in Gesell.
