The place is high quality and the service is great. It would help to have a WhatsApp number for reception, though, so guests can reach you quickly with requests.

The location is across from the racetrack, and they could make better use of it by improving the service. We were told we could check into our cabin at 11:30 AM, but when we arrived at 1:00 PM it was filthy. The woman who greeted us noticed the dirty floor immediately and asked them to sweep it in front of us. There was old food in the fridge, and the toilet was stained with someone else's mess. The air conditioners worked fine, but the remote controls had no batteries. After we complained, they replaced one with a remote that had a dead battery. The cabin was advertised as having a stovetop, but they brought us a pot and only two spoons, two knives, and two forks. There were two of us, but not even two glasses, so we had to ask for more. The thermal pool was included, but it wasn't open for use until 8:00 PM, and then it was only half full. The service was truly awful, and everything felt very neglected.

The staff were very friendly, and the place itself is lovely, with nice pools. But the cabins are missing necessary amenities. We asked for a corkscrew and were told it must be in one of the cabins, with no spare available. The grounds are poorly maintained. Some guests left a bad impression on me by throwing beer cans and trash around the pool area. I'm sure that's how they live at home. 🤷‍♀️😡

It's a beautiful place, but it's a shame how neglected it is and how much maintenance it needs. When I came back recently, there were several problems with the cabin: the pools were dirty, empty, and full of bugs. You go to the hot springs to use the pools! 🤷‍♀️ I first visited about 3 years ago and it was lovely. I have nothing bad to say about the staff, who are very kind and attentive! 🤗
