The location made getting around easy, with the beach nearby and the pedestrian area a short walk straight from Avenida 3. Alejandro was always kind, friendly, and ready to help, and the rest of the staff were just as attentive. Our comfortable, air-conditioned room was spotless on arrival and cleaned every day. Everything stayed in great condition, and the whole hotel always smelled fresh. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

We rented two rooms and found one left dirty, with the windows open and the door unlocked. We had arrived around 7 pm and had only gone out after breakfast, but they blamed us. The sheets were torn and had blood, hair, and especially spiders on them 🤢🤢. A man with glasses started recording the situation and denied everything, saying he had moved us himself because of the sheets. Breakfast was a disaster too. My mother was treated aggressively and very badly by the young receptionist who said he was the owner. He needs to show older people more respect, because he clearly doesn't. The owner's service was terrible from the moment we arrived. After we complained about the unclean, poor-condition room, they told us to leave at 10 pm. It's badly lacking in cleanliness and EMPATHY. I'm only giving one star because zero isn't an option. RUDE... I'M NEVER COMING BACK. LEARN TO RESPECT ELDERLY PEOPLE, YOU LACK A LOT OF EXPERIENCE.

Alejandro's kindness, respect, and real enthusiasm for his work made our stay a pleasure. The hotel is quiet, and the rooms are comfortable. Being right by the beach and within walking distance of Mar de las Pampas is a real advantage.
