Hotel Mariska

The view and location made our few days even better, and the hotel itself was comfortable, with lovely rooms and facilities that are clearly cared for. I went with my parents and we all had a wonderful time. It felt warm and welcoming as soon as we arrived, almost like being at home. Antonio and Lidia deserve special mention for their impeccable service. They were kind, attentive to every detail, and really committed to making our stay perfect. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and spectacular. We’ll definitely be back.

That plum jam deserves an award 😋 I wish they sold it by the kilo! haha. The homemade pastries and cakes at breakfast were delicious, too. Antonio, Lidia, and all the staff were kind and warm, always ready to help with anything. They were also impeccable about cleanliness, which you don't find everywhere. We spent a lovely New Year's Eve and New Year's Day just a few meters from the sea. Next time we're looking forward to trying the goulash with spätzle and apple strudel 🍎. They say it's by far the best in all of Villa Gesell.

I can't give this hotel anything but a very low rating because of the owner's behavior. At checkout, Mr. Antonio snatched the room key from my wife's hand before she had really let go, while she was carrying a purse. We had disagreed with him, and he had offered to refund the two nights we'd paid for, but that doesn't excuse such a rude gesture. My wife and I had differences of opinion with him, but neither of us disrespected him.

It was quiet enough to sleep peacefully, and the hotel was very clean, a good spot for couples or families wanting to relax. We spent a week there with my mom and found it excellent value for money. Breakfast was homemade and plentiful, and the staff were very attentive. Antonio was especially kind, and his meals were spectacular. Hugs, we'll be back! - Pauli and Marina
