We stayed three nights, and they never offered my friend a celiac-friendly alternative. The rooms were missing toilet paper, soap and shampoo, and the sheets were torn and dirty. We asked to move because the toilet was leaking and a small fan was placed so badly it left the bed bent over it, with no airflow. The receptionist said there were no rooms left and that someone would come fix the bathroom. That night Cristian (a gem) came by. Once he saw he couldn't repair it, he found us another room that was a little better, though it had a bathroom stain and a leak right above the toilet. The light and TV remote didn't work either, but luckily he fixed those. The bathroom leak remained.

The breakfast staff and the young man working there were lovely, considerate and gave excellent service. We went as a large group, and there had been some poor management around the hotel package. The Wi-Fi didn't reach the rooms, and the place has some strange symbols. If you're religious and considering a stay, I'd suggest thinking twice; as an atheist, it bothered me less. The blonde receptionist wasn't rude, but she was unfriendly and not very engaging. She seemed stressed when our big group arrived, so I can't really blame her. Cristian treated my family and me especially well, though his manner made me uneasy and I kept our interactions brief. Later I heard that he'd confronted guests aggressively and publicly at breakfast over towels that were already stained. My family had received towels with rust stains too. I understand this from talking with the people involved, and there were two similar incidents. It didn't happen directly to me, and I don't have a cleanliness complaint. We always clean up and leave things tidy before going out, though I know not everyone does that. It's just my habit and doesn't particularly bother me. If you need a cheap hotel in a good location, this could work, but pay attention to cleanliness and how guests are treated. That seems to affect how the staff treats you.

The woman in the kitchen was friendly, though the young blonde receptionist had a terrible attitude. Towels were stained, and they gave you just one bar of soap, with no shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was only coffee and two croissants per person. They burn palo santo in the hallways to cover the smell of cat litter. The other reviews criticizing management don't even go far enough. Hope this and the earlier reviews help.

The only good thing I can say is that the girl and the kid from administration were nice. Otherwise, the rooms were filthy, covered in sand when we arrived, and clearly hadn't been swept or cleaned. The shower tub was broken and leaked everywhere, flooding the bathroom each time. The bidet didn't work at all. The breakfast coffee tasted like dirty water, and nobody ever came to clean the room or gave us a broom to do it ourselves. They even charged for hot water to make mate when we brought a full thermos and only wanted to heat it up. My partner and I barbecued after the "manager" said he'd lend us plates and cutlery. We thought that was really nice, until he asked for a piece of meat in return 😂. This should be a one-star hotel, not even two.

The pool was green, nothing like the photos, and the pictures are a complete lie. There was no hot water, the fans didn't work, and the rooms felt like saunas. The second floor smelled of urine from all the animals they keep inside. The cleanliness and service were horrible. The security guard doesn't act like a guard at all. If you go for a walk after hours and come back late, he makes you wait and won't let you in. When I wanted to go out at 6:00 AM to see the sunrise, he treated me badly. Don't go here!!!
