Good value, inexpensive, clean, and well located.

The place is beautiful, close to the beach, and really quiet. The cleaning lady was the best, very friendly, thank you. The beds, though, were very uncomfortable. I only managed to use the pool twice, almost at the last minute, since it was always full or really noisy when I went. We also had to wait for staff to respond when we wanted to reserve the barbecue area and sauna. The children’s play area needs fixing too, though otherwise everything was very nice. A few things could be sorted out, and the administration should be more attentive about answering messages and reservations. If they’re there, they should pay attention. Fabián is very friendly but could be more attentive, and the other lady should speak politely to everyone, not only first-time renters.

The location worked really well for us: it’s about 30 blocks from the center, but the beach is two blocks away and the avenue with lots of shops is also just two blocks away. It’s ideal if you want peace and quiet near the beach. Everything was clean and in good condition, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment, including a refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature, and my daughters loved using it after the beach. They cleaned our room, changed the towels, and kept asking if we needed anything. The parking lot is small, though you can leave your car outside. For the price, the quality was excellent. It’s obviously not a luxury spa, but I had no complaints and would give it 10/10. I’d read a lot of negative, malicious comments, but what you want matters, so see for yourself.

The receptionist was super friendly, and we loved the place. The pool was a bit dirty and neglected. Including breakfast would make the price feel like a 10/10.
