There’s no sound system, so bring a good one if music matters to you. Apart from that, it’s a lovely, spacious house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a big living room, kitchen, laundry area, and an enclosed patio that works well for pets. The hosts are always ready to help if anything comes up. It could use some maintenance, though that didn’t cause us any problems.

The internet was good and the heating worked well, but the house didn’t look like the photos. It also lacked basic kitchen items for a stay. There were only plates, cutlery, and glasses.

Two of the bathrooms felt cramped and uncomfortable. The cabin itself is lovely, set in a natural area, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. I’d still recommend it.

Water was dripping down the walls, and on our last day the water heater literally exploded, leaving all of us without a way to shower. We got no response about the situation and no credit, despite paying $2,000 for the week. The heating had been a problem from day one. Someone came to repair it, but it still didn’t work, and two electric heaters weren’t enough for 11 people. We spent a fortune on firewood to keep the fireplace going throughout our stay. It was a disaster. I have photos and videos of everything and would gladly share them if you write to me. Please take this into account before booking.
