The room got very steamy after two showers because there was no extractor fan, and the bathtub had no plug. The pool jets weren’t working either, and its paint was flaking off and sticking to our skin and swimsuits. The spa and sauna were closed, and the masseuse we asked for wasn’t available. We were charged $12.000 for two coffees, which they didn’t seem very keen to make. There was no access to the kitchen, and they don’t accept Mercadopago.

Truly disappointing, to put it mildly. The owner and receptionist treated my wife and me badly, and put us in a different room from the one we’d been assigned. When I tried to shower, there was no hot water. The room had no internet connection, and the Wi-Fi at the counter wasn’t working at all either.

Cecilia and Fernando were always friendly and ready to help, and breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. It’s a peaceful spot away from the center, with some really good places to eat nearby. The pool stays at a nice temperature, and I found the access much easier than I’d read. The place is beautiful and very tidy, though the rooms are small. Everything was excellent, and I highly recommend it.

We stayed here as a family and found it wonderfully peaceful, a perfect place to switch off. After long walks or excursions, the heated indoor and outdoor pool was a lovely way to finish the day. The rooms are incredibly cozy, and breakfast was fresh, delicious, and very complete. Cecilia and Fernando run the place themselves, and they’re attentive without getting in your way. 10/10.

The forest view from the heated pool was lovely, and the whole place was so peaceful. Our room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was full and satisfying. Thanks, Fernando, for your hospitality. We had an excellent stay and will be back soon. Highly recommend!
