Las Aguas Rã­o Bonito

The private beach along the Bonito River was a highlight, along with the views, pool, barbecue area, and peaceful surroundings. We went in January 2026 and didn’t want to leave. Santiago and Nahuel were wonderful hosts, welcoming us and always staying on top of what we needed. Thanks for making this place such a relaxing, enjoyable haven. We’d come back a thousand times and hope to return soon.

The complex sits in a beautiful location and the facilities are good, but the service was really poor for the price and setting. The place wasn’t clean, and water problems affected other apartments. Staff didn’t seem prepared for a place of this level, and when we complained, the basic, scripted responses only made us angrier, even though the problems could have been fixed right away. They advertise Wi-Fi, but it doesn’t work as promised: there’s just one connection shared among more than 15 apartments. We had no service at all for two days over New Year’s, and nobody was at the complex. I’m still waiting for the invoice they promised more than 15 days ago. Maybe the Wi-Fi still isn’t working, ugh. Nature gave this place a magical setting, but it’s being wasted.

The place is beautiful, but I can’t recommend it because the service doesn’t live up to the facilities. The pool steps have sharp edges and lots of loose tiles, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Cleaning wasn’t daily either. When I complained, they said it would have to wait until the next day. We spent New Year’s Eve there with the whole place empty.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to what we needed. We also loved the heated pool and jacuzzi, and the views were incredible. An excellent place to stay, highly recommended.
