Nicol was especially attentive and helpful. The day before arrival, we got clear room-access instructions along with a PDF of places to visit around Villa La Angostura, a thoughtful extra. The apartments are well equipped, each with a small private garden, and the location is great, just a block from the main street.

Pablo, Nicoll, and Eugenia were always available and very attentive whenever we had questions. We spent four nights in the studio and found it comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There’s also a deck with plants and a private grill. We’d choose it again for a future vacation.

The pillows could be better, though the mattress was good. The room was clean and tidy, with a kitchenette and refrigerator, and there’s parking on site. It’s close to the town center, and I found the price fair for what you get.

The location is good and the apartment is comfortable, but it’s smaller and less spacious than the photos suggest. The towels are very old, even though guests are often reminded about how to use them.
