The rooms have a beautiful view, but they’re very old, and the furniture must be at least 40 years old. They call it “the vibe,” though it felt like an excuse not to invest in the property. This is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. Staff weren’t especially helpful, and after the owner was responsive at first while getting our business, they disappeared. Breakfast and the “snack menu” were mediocre at best. For Christmas they recommended the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The chef was incredibly rude and ruined the experience.

The breakfast was bad, and the rooms were cold. This hotel feels like a fake Renaissance-style place and costs too much for what it offers.

The view from our room was perfect, and the bathrooms had been updated with great amenities. Luma is styled like an Italian villa while still offering every comfort. My husband and I began our honeymoon there, and the welcome made for a beautiful introduction to Argentina. The staff were incredible, and we were sad to leave them. Book here if you don’t plan to come back to Patagonia, because we’re already working out our next trip!

It feels like a little Italian villa facing the lake, with gorgeous scenery. I was really pleased by the personal attention to detail and the cute decor in each room. Such a hidden gem in the region. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, but snacks are available, and plenty of restaurants are a short taxi ride away.

After a long day on the motorcycle, I got a warm welcome and settled into a charming room with a fantastic view. What a gem. Never change Luna Casa.
