This is our second year in a row, and it lived up to expectations again. It’s a perfect break from the daily grind, and we’ll definitely make it three. Omar is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure guests have a great time. The internet is very good, but the location and grounds are what really captivate us. The cleaning service is top-notch, and we’re so grateful to the ladies who do it with such dedication. See you in 2027!

The location is nice, but the internet didn’t work, and the pool was dirty and had very little water. It’s advertised as heated, but it wasn’t. They accept animals, yet get annoyed if they bark or wander around the cabin grounds. In our case, Omar scolded our dog without our permission and gave her dirty looks. On our last day, while we were tidying up to leave, he came to our cabin door at 9:00 AM and looked through the window to check whether we’d left, even though checkout was at 10:30 AM.

The pool was the one small letdown. It wasn’t very warm, which may have been unavoidable with an outdoor pool when temperatures were around 9°C. Everything else made for a comfortable, relaxing few days for our group of six in the red cabin. The views over Nahuel Huapi Lake and the peaceful surroundings were dreamy. Omar and Guillermo delivered everything promised, with daily cleaning, fresh-smelling sheets and towels, comfortable beds, and a shower with strong pressure and very hot water. We’d highly recommend the place. Thanks so much!
