The apartment was in a very good location, and the heating worked well. The two TVs and mattress were fine too. But it needs maintenance: the dishes were in poor condition, the shower curtain was bad, the bathroom mirror was broken, and the balcony and laundry area were dirty. The water heater was too small as well. If the owners took care of these details, it could be a good option.

The service was good, and the place is reasonably clean. It has what you need for a short stay in Villa María, Córdoba. It's a building with three apartments. Two are on the first floor and only accessible by stairs, and the street-facing unit gets some traffic noise. Parking is available, but you pay for it separately from the room.

Eduardo, the owner, was very helpful, and pets are welcome, which isn't possible in many places. We were traveling from Tucumán to Buenos Aires and stayed one night to get an early start the next day. It's a strategic stop midway through a long drive. Parking costs an extra 500 pesos, though you can leave your car on the street.

It was a pleasant, spacious place, with lots of light and privacy. The blinds were good for sleeping in, and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped, and bed linens and towels were provided. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.
