It’s a comfortable cabin for four, with AC, a carport, and a kitchen for quick meals. Oscar and Mrs. were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help make the stay perfect. Thank you for hosting us.

We paid $1,400 for 18 hours that felt like torture, and the power outage left us without rest. We arrived at the cabins around 4:00 PM on Sunday, January 13, and about an hour later the power went out until 2:00 AM. The heat made it impossible to sleep. With the windows open, mosquitoes would have eaten us alive, and by late afternoon we couldn’t use the pool because it was too dark. My partner called the people renting us the cabins, whose home was across the street, to ask if the outage affected the whole area. The man laughed with his wife and said it did, and that it happens often in Puerto Iguazú. We understand the city may be responsible, but the owners offered no decent service or compensation. We were only staying one night, with a flight at 3:00 PM on January 14. Though checkout was supposed to be at 10:00 AM, they let us stay until 11:00, one extra hour and nothing more. Not even a discount. When our phones finally charged, we read other reviews. There was a bit of everything, as anywhere, but the owners’ replies were always aggressive and arrogant. The cabins are nice, but far from everything. Without a car we had no choice but to order delivery. We paid for things we couldn’t use, or only used halfway. If Puerto Iguazú loses power all the time and they make their living here, they should at least have candles! hahaha. We would NEVER go back and do NOT recommend it. They weren’t friendly at all, arrogant even when greeting us. I hope everyone takes this comment into account. Cheers :)

Our two-day booking couldn’t be honored, and at 10:30 pm we had to look for somewhere else to stay. Poor customer service, definitely not recommended. My friend and I arrived in the morning, and the woman said we could pay later because her husband wasn’t there and there was an issue with the VAT. That evening we couldn’t agree on whether to pay by card or cash. The man was unfriendly, wouldn’t discuss a solution, and told us to leave. When we left our things in the cabin that morning, the woman had pointed out three problems: the Wi-Fi only worked well outside the cabin, the shower faucet had no temperature adjustment, and the toilet bowl was broken. The business is run by a married couple. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

The cabins were in excellent condition and very clean. We were welcomed with such friendliness, attention, and positive energy. Fer, Loly, and I will definitely be back.
