Very Good Featured review
Vero C.
2/10
The hotel itself was pleasant, but the administration was shady and didn't honor the rate commitment they had put in writing. We were overcharged by more than 400 USD. The maintenance problems added to the disappointment: the bathroom had issues, the air conditioning broke down, and laundry wasn't available because their washing machine was broken. Breakfast was only so-so and inconsistent, with some pastries tasting stale. The staff were the bright spot. Alvaro, Juan Cruz, Milagros, and Ramiro went above and beyond to help make up for the administration's very poor decision, and service at both the bar and reception was top notch. Two-star facilities, four stars for the people.

The rest of the suite was pretty nice, with good food, a clean room, and employees who had good manners. A couple of details needed attention: wallpaper was peeling, and a cabinet door was broken.
