Libano Apart Hotel

The place is centrally located, and the people who helped us were kind and willing to assist. Apart from that, everything was bad. It felt neglected, and hygiene was lacking.

The location is great and the hotel is quiet, but after three stays things have kept getting worse. The staff were friendly, yet the bed was dreadful: one half sagged and the other felt like a rock. The sheets were see-through, and both the pillows and towels were awful. Getting a receipt has been a struggle too. I've complained for five days, but nobody has taken responsibility. My work colleagues often stay here, but we're switching hotels for our next trip. What a shame.

I was unsure because of some comments I'd read, but my experience was nothing like that 🤦. The location is excellent, right in the center, and it's a lovely place for a vacation, with air conditioning. Breakfast was served just as the baker arrived 😂, with delicious croissants and cakes. My only issue was the stairs: I have arthritis, and my knees didn't appreciate them.

We were there for an event at the quarry, and since our accommodation was paid for, we put up with the service. There were five of us in a room with one double bed and three singles on the third floor. With no elevator, we had to use the stairs. The mattresses were rock hard, like sleeping on the floor, and the pillows felt like paper. The bathroom was tiny, and you had to stand aside to close the door. One day there was no hot water, though it worked fine after that. Breakfast was included, but it meant two croissants each. On our first morning, there was fruit and toast that looked a year old. The second time they didn't have enough croissants and said they had to defrost them, so I ate one that was still kind of cold. I wouldn't recommend staying here. After we'd gone out, our key stopped working. We had to climb all three flights, then go back down if the door wouldn't open so reception could unlock it. The reception staff were very friendly, though, and that deserves a mention.
