Carola made a real difference for us. She checked us in, got straight to work on the sagging mattress, showed us the lovely day-use campsites by the lake, and later the team even left a small gift on our last night. Those sites are included in the price and have grills, bathrooms, and hot water around the clock. We’re raising our rating from three stars to four because Carola did everything she could to make the stay good, and Rayen's team went out of their way to make our vacation special. The garden is spotless and full of lovely flowers, and the cabins are comfortable for 4-5 people. Ours had full tableware, a sitting area, a wood stove, gas and electric heating, and a good shower. It was cleaned very well every day. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they let us check in early, which helped a lot while traveling with a baby. The location is handy, with a small grocery store next door and the lake and good restaurants just a block away. The downside is the immediate view. I’m including photos because I didn’t see this mentioned when I booked. Behind the grocery store is a shack made of cinder blocks with a tin roof, and inside the property there’s a fence that looks like black plastic. It’s not a pretty outlook, though of course that’s down to the neighbors. If seeing the lake from where you stay matters, I’d look at their Costa Traful cabins, which are right on the lake. Some reviews here mention lovely lake views, but those seem pretty biased. If you mainly want to visit Traful and stay near the lake, this is still a really good place.

The quiet was wonderful, and we slept extremely well. Cabin 5 had a lovely view, plenty of privacy, and beautifully kept landscaping, with the beach nearby and mountain scenery all around. We were very happy and would come back to that same cabin. It was cozy and fully equipped, with excellent dishes, pots, plates, and cups. The bed felt new and was very comfortable. The furniture was warm and standard, though a little dated, and the TV was small and not smart. Wi-Fi was weak, but that seems typical in Traful and didn’t bother us. The maintenance staff were terrific and friendly, and management was great too. They cleaned the grill in the morning and mowed the lawn when we arrived. We also appreciated the drink they gave us for the New Year’s toast. The place is lovely, though a bit expensive for the quality, as is generally true in Traful.

The location worked really well, with a rotisserie and supermarket just a block away and the hiking trailhead and La Puntilla beach only a few minutes off. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything spotless and good heating. There’s also a big leafy patio with a lovely view. I’d choose it again.

We came here to rest and relax, and it was perfect for that. The view over Lake Traful is beautiful. Our cabin was gorgeous, very comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Everything felt new, clean, and well kept, and we really enjoyed our stay. The cabins are spacious and heated throughout, including the bathroom. There’s a beautiful garden with mountain views, and the lake is about 100 meters away. Supermarkets and restaurants are close too. I’d definitely recommend it.
