Rocio and Erik, along with the rest of the staff, were kind and professional throughout. Hotel Alto Traful is comfortable and quite nice, set in a privileged spot with astonishing views. Our stay went beyond what we expected, and I’d strongly recommend it for a trip to Villa Traful.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were great, and breakfast was very good. Just be careful about getting changed with the curtains open if you’re on the first floor, since people coming for breakfast or checking in might see you.

Incredible place, and much more family friendly than I expected. There’s a really cute kids’ playroom, and the pool and jacuzzi are so relaxing. The views are wonderful from every part of the hotel. It really is the best hotel in Villa Traful, and the value for its location and service is excellent.

The staff were the highlight for me: extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. I liked most things about the hotel. It’s modern and comfortable, with good facilities and a decent restaurant. Since it sits high up, hence “Alto,” I expected great views, but tall trees across the road block much of them.
