It seems overrated to me, though it's perfectly fine for a night or two.

The service was excellent, and it’s a lovely spot for a good time.

The owners were really friendly, and the food was excellent. Getting there can be a problem, though. The gravel road is in terrible shape, so if you’re using Google Maps, stay on the main road and don’t take the shortcut. We started off badly with no hot water, and it was freezing because the heating was weak. We managed to shower a few hours later, and things worked out.

We were really pleased with how clean and pleasant the place was, and the owners gave us such personal attention. We loved it.

The place is nice, warm, clean, and modest, and we were very well looked after. I’d only recommend staying briefly, though. The log walls carry every word from the adjoining rooms, and my neighbors kept me from sleeping.
