We ended up staying an extra day to enjoy the grounds. The huge complex is full of greenery, birdsong, and a waterfall, and the cabin had warm decor with tasteful rustic touches. The pool looked spectacular, though we couldn’t use it because of the temperatures over the past few days. Jonatan and Mariel, the caretakers, were very attentive. Three dogs and a goat come running to greet you when you arrive 😃
We came with our little family to get away from the big city, and the setting was wonderful. The owners, Matias and Rosario, were kind, helpful, attentive, and respectful, which made us feel at ease if anything came up. Their four-year-old son, "Ciro", was a sweetheart. He spent lots of time playing with my one-and-a-half-year-old son. The cabin and grounds are beautiful, with lots of greenery, a lake, and geese 😁.
We felt so well looked after here. Rosario, Matías, and Ciro were extremely attentive and friendly, and helped with everything we asked. Yolanda and Mónica were attentive too. The cabin was lovely and fully equipped, with daily cleaning and a bathtub. Outside, there’s a spacious park, a lagoon with geese and ducks, and a heated pool for the nice days. It’s a beautiful place, and we’ll definitely return next year. Thank you for everything!
The hosts took care of every detail, and that made the experience one I’d happily repeat many times. If you come to Yala to feel close to nature, you get that here. Fresh air is all around the park and cabin. The cabin isn’t modern, but it’s very well equipped.
We always stop here to rest when we ride our motorcycles north. The owners are the best and very attentive. My one constructive criticism is that some of the furniture is a bit worn and could use replacing. The place itself is beautiful.
