The reception staff weren’t great, and the restaurant didn’t live up to its description. The hotel itself feels very old. The game room was a mess, old and unsafe, and the pool table was falling apart.

Watch out with payments here. Their system feels ancient, and reception is very unhelpful. They may ask you to pay a second time, claiming the transfer never arrived, even when you show proof from your bank.

Great for families, with lots of activities for kids. There are two pools, one indoors and one outside, and the staff are super friendly. We had an amazing stay.

We found three scorpions in the bathroom, and they were very dangerous ones. The gardeners broke our car windows, and the hotel wouldn’t cover the cost even though they had promised they would.
