The pool was spectacular, and we had some great massages. They cost extra, but the price was affordable. The staff were friendly, and the place is highly recommendable. We were in the two-bedroom apartment last week. It was close to the town center and a stream, though there was quite a bit of traffic because it’s on a corner. That didn’t take away from how beautiful the place was. The kitchen had everything we needed. The main bedroom had air conditioning, and the other one had a fan. The shower was small but had good water flow. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We had leftovers to eat with mate as an afternoon snack. We brought our own tea and coffee, though there was some in the apartment too. The fridge had two sodas, two beers, two 2-liter bottles of water, and another 4-liter bottle. We only had to pay for the water if we used it, which was a nice touch and saved us carrying bottles. The one problem was that water leaked whenever I used the bathroom. At first I thought it was the shower, but it was coming from the toilet. We asked for a floor mop to keep the leak from wetting the rest of the apartment.

The heated pool stayed spotless and at a comfortable temperature, so we could enjoy it even on cooler days. We came with a child, and the room felt like an apartment, with a jacuzzi, a full-size refrigerator, an oven and microwave, and a private patio grill for barbecues. There’s an excellent butcher shop two blocks away. Breakfast was very good. They bring the dry goods and you make your own coffee or tea. There are several options, and if something doesn’t suit you, you can ask them to change a few things. The staff were very attentive, and we felt so comfortable we’d stay here again without hesitation.

It was peaceful, clean, and had all the amenities listed and more. Everyone was attentive and ready to help throughout our week there. The staff and owner greeted us with a smile every day, and he even added a thoughtful touch when we left. If we’re lucky enough to return to the Villa, we’d happily stay at Grateus again. Thanks so much for everything!

There’s everything you need for a great stay, and breakfast is very generous. The staff are friendly, and the place is very clean. It’s a beautiful spot, only 400 meters from the center.

The location worked well for us, close to the center but still quiet. The views were beautiful, the pool was great, and breakfast was really delicious. The staff kept things clean and were attentive, and the receptionist was friendly and helped us a lot with directions and places to visit. I’m giving it 3 stars because the room needs some maintenance. For instance, the jacuzzi edge is cracked and could hurt you if you scrape against it, and the paint is chipped. These are minor details, but they do matter.
