Apart Hotel Las Palmeras

Getting to the rooms means climbing a very awkward metal staircase to an upper floor. It was especially hard with luggage, and nobody offered help for elderly guests. The staff were only minimally attentive. The mattresses and amenities were low quality, and there was barely one towel per person. Our rooms weren't cleaned during our two-night, three-day stay. Breakfast was very basic and limited.

There aren't any shops nearby, and the place is very far from town. The room needs care: the mattress is old, the bathroom has mold, and the old TV won't connect to apps for movies. Although it's advertised as an apartment, there wasn't even cutlery or glasses. The whole place badly needs maintenance. I won't be back.

A lovely setting and a comfortable place. Breakfast service was a bit poor, though; otherwise it would've been 10 points.

The service left a lot to be desired, and they didn't even offer a water dispenser. The patio also wasn't like the photos, where wooden tables and umbrellas are shown for sitting. The pool was quite neglected, not very clean, and missing tiles. The photos also show children's play structures, but those have been removed and are still pictured. It wasn't what we expected from the photos.
