It felt like home, and it’s great value for money. You can use the kitchen to make tea or chill a bottle of wine in the fridge, and there’s free parking right by the house. The location was great, the room and whole guesthouse spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts hearty. The host was lovely, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was up to the highest expectations. 100% recommended!

The rooms are charmingly furnished, and the little balcony is a lovely place to unwind in the evening. Breakfast is handled individually for each guest, and you can have it the way you like. The welcoming hosts run the guesthouse with care and seem to anticipate what you need. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return.

The hostess was kind and hospitable, and took real care of us to make sure we had what we needed. The rooms were good and clean, and breakfast was very good. This is one of the best guesthouses we’ve stayed in, and we’ll definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay in this four-room guesthouse. The breakfast was generous, parking was easy, and the owner was kind and helpful. Mrs. Maria was especially cheerful and always smiling. Our two rooms had different views, one of the mountains and one across the city. It's a handy base for trips to the Dachstein massif, and Kaprun is less than an hour away by car. The place has a really atmospheric feel, and I'd happily recommend it.
