We visit regularly, and the hotel keeps getting better. The dinner service was much improved on our latest stay, with attentive, professional staff and impeccable food. The outdoor pool, spa, and bar areas are all flawless. They usually let guests use the pool and spa, including lunch, on checkout day, which extends the stay nicely. Changing rooms with lockers have now been added, so you can enjoy the pool until evening, get changed, and head home. That makes it a great weekend destination for us. Anna Marie at reception is always polite and welcoming. She happened to learn we’d married since our last visit and upgraded our room, even though we hadn’t asked or expected it. That’s how you make guests happy. My only suggestion would be to have some entertainment at the bar after dinner, perhaps a pianist or soft live music. I almost don’t want to give the hotel five stars and make it too popular, but I can’t help it.

The spa is the real standout: several pools, plenty of saunas, and lots of places to relax. It’s well maintained, feels luxurious, and is designed for unwinding, whether you want a hot sauna or a quiet swim. The hotel is also very peaceful, with hardly any noise from children, which should suit couples or adults looking for a calm break. We found the rooms comfortable, clean, and spacious enough, with good housekeeping, though the design and furniture felt a little dated. The three daily meals were very good overall, with a nice variety, fresh ingredients, and well prepared dishes. Nothing too fancy, just satisfying after a cold day outside. From the warm check-in to the quiet atmosphere around the property, our stay felt special from the start. The mountain setting brings lovely views, fresh air, and a relaxing feel. It made for a wonderful winter getaway in the Tyrol mountains. We recommend it highly and are certain we’ll return.

The spa and breakfast were excellent. The Hungarian staff were as friendly as they could be, but authentic Tyrolean hospitality was missing.

A great resort stay, with excellent spa facilities, plenty of outdoor activities, good service, and fantastic meals. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a well-equipped gym with daily activities, several sauna options, and a medical and beauty spa to complete the experience. We’ll be back.

We spent our anniversary weekend here, and it was the best choice we could have made. The Junior Suite had lots of space and a beautiful view. The hotel is several kilometers from the north side of the lake, five minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot, and hiking trails through the forest start right at the hotel. It sits above the road, so traffic noise wasn’t an issue. The Spa/Wellness area is unbelievable, with warm pools, saunas, a jacuzzi, massages, and plenty of room to sunbathe or relax. The restaurant food was really, really good, and the menu says it’s Bio. Thanks to the chef and excellent service team for making the stay unforgettable. Great value, highly recommend!
