Motzenhof

The apartment was clean and really nice, with well-equipped rooms and plenty of technology. It’s a little way from the center, though there are supermarkets nearby.

Our family has been in the “Panoramablick” holiday apartment for 11 days with our 7-year-old son. It’s newly furnished, very clean and lovely to stay in, with a well-equipped kitchen. There’s also a vacuum cleaner and washer-dryer in the house. Downstairs, the playroom has loads of toys, books and games you can borrow. Everything has been put together with care and attention to detail, and it works really well for families. The host family is super friendly, and guests can use the farm pool. The farm’s own cows are 150 meters from the apartment, and you can buy a liter of fresh, delicious milk for €1. They also take sustainability and waste sorting seriously. There are countless places to visit nearby. A supermarket with a wide selection is a five-minute walk away, and the bakery is just a few steps away. I’m not easy to please, but I have only good things to say about this place. Highly recommended!

We’ve had a wonderful holiday at Motzenhof with our family three times now. Once again, the apartment was set up perfectly and had everything we needed, so we felt right at home. Sibylle and her family are warm, wonderful hosts who clearly care deeply about their farm. We’ll be back!

The nearby construction site was a little noisy, though that should get better once the work is finished. The holiday apartments themselves are top-notch, and the family’s service leaves nothing to be desired.
