It's so dirty and poorly maintained that I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there. Some of the plugs don't even work, and the low price just isn't worth it.

We were there for four nights, but the garbage stayed with us the whole five days and the place was never cleaned. It was already dirty when we arrived, with a strong sewage and basement smell. The capsule beds don't lock, and what Booking.com calls apartments is really a hostel. When we texted the host about an incident with another resident, he brushed us off and speaks very little English. Don't stay here.

We were afraid for our health and booked somewhere else as soon as we arrived. There's no daylight, the capsules and bags can't be locked, and the sewage smell is strong. A sewage pipe runs through the sleeping area, so you can hear it flushing. The owner refused a refund. On a warm day I'd rather sleep outside. Forty euros isn't worth it. Stay away.

I booked two nights but left after just one. For about 10 Euro more, you can find a much better room in Wien. I wanted somewhere with basic human rights. These are small wooden boxes on a half-underground floor, in a terrible environment. The space was extremely cramped for two people, and the so-called “Double bed” was a lie. I doubt the room is even 6m^2. There was no hot water for a shower, and no water for the toilet or kitchen, so nowhere to wash my hands. The ventilation system ran all night right beside the bed. Even earplugs didn't make it quiet enough to sleep. I’m writing this in the middle of the night because of the noise. The outside light kept switching on when people went out and off again after a while, but it came into the room through the unisolated upper space and woke me up. Everything promised on the website was false. They even posted lots of comments on Agoda that were obviously fake to boost their ranking.
