Our dog was welcome, and the hosts were super nice. It’s a beautiful house on a very nice, fully fenced property. The facilities are good and, above all, clean.

The large garden was a highlight for us, since our dogs could run around in it all day. There are also two big grills guests can use. The Lehrerhäusl is in a wonderful spot in the beautiful Alpbachtal valley, with breathtaking mountain views. Inside, the house is lovely and comfortably furnished, and having two bathrooms and two toilets means no morning rush. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a good book to get away from the everyday hustle. Hikes can start right from the house, or you can drive a short way towards the edge of town to set off. Alpbach’s long, steep slopes make it especially appealing to skiers. The local restaurants are very good, and the village café is a must for its delicious homemade cakes.

We’re here with our three Bernese Mountain Dogs, and we’re so grateful to have landlords who love animals. It’s a beautiful house where we feel completely at home, with nothing left to be desired. We’ll definitely come back. A huge thank you for a wonderful holiday. Gabi and Harald Erb

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the house had everything we needed, just like home. The owners were very friendly, and as a welcome gift they left fresh fruit, chocolate for the children, a bottle of sparkling wine and flowers for the parents. It was a fantastic holiday home, just as described. Absolutely perfect, and we’ll definitely return.
