The view is absolutely beautiful, and the room itself was clean, good, and big enough. But the staff felt a bit mechanical in how they behaved. We expected them to be more passionate and helpful. The minibar isn't free, which is a drawback, and the afternoon tea period was too short. The spa also closes too early. The shuttle bus to the ski resort runs only once, which is a real pity, though perhaps most guests drive here. The place feels very local and isn't very welcoming to foreigners if you can't speak English well. There are hardly any English signs or information cards, and even the menus aren't in English. That would be easy to fix. Taking all these frustrations and inconveniences together, the price is far too high, especially with a massage costing €95.

The view is amazing, but they don't serve food to people who aren't hotel guests. I came ready to pay, then found out I wasn't welcome. What a strange place.

The view is amazing, and the Cafe area was a pleasure to sit in. Service was fast. It's not cheap, but the prices are about what you'd expect for the area. I'd visit again.

The location is extraordinary, the restaurant is great, and the rooms are nice. It is pretty spendy, but worth it overall. Of all the places we stayed in the Alps, we loved this one the most.
