The owners made us feel very welcome, and the place and its location were both good. We stayed at Zauchenseeblick in January 2018 and would happily come back.

The studio was stylish and spotless, and the rest of the house was just as clean. We had great views and a cozy sauna, with the village center and supermarkets nearby. The bus and ski bus stop is only 150m away. I was surprised, though, that the bathroom and kitchen had none of the basic supplies. There wasn't even hand soap, tea or coffee, or a dish sponge and detergent. If you arrive after the supermarkets have closed, bring those things with you.

The owner greeted us warmly and walked us through the apartment. It was clean, just as it appeared in the website photos, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including dishwashing supplies. The bathroom was roomy, and the towels were fresh. I couldn't find a power outlet in there, though. I knew there'd be no soap or shower gel, so I brought my own. Although the building is close to a road, there was very little traffic and it stayed quiet. Restaurants and shops in the center are an easy walk away, and there are lots of places to see nearby.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the apartments were roomy, very clean, and lovingly furnished. It's a beautiful, well-kept house. We'll definitely come back!
