We had a good time enjoying the beautiful scenery and the garden, with its herbs and flowers. The owners were friendly, and we had some good conversations with them.

We stayed here three times in February, a week each time, and always felt very comfortable. The owners are friendly and ready with answers or tips, and we recommend the bread delivery service. The two-story apartment has two separate bathrooms and works well for up to six people, possibly with one child. It's self-catering. The accommodation is fantastic, especially if you want to take a day off from skiing or snowboarding. It should be worth visiting in summer too!

The mountains and alpine meadows around Altenmarkt are stunning, and the blooming wildflowers really stayed with us. There’s plenty to do nearby, from the thermal baths and shops to puzzle trails for kids, summer tobogganing and winter sports. Anja also offers herbal workshops as a certified herbalist, which would be lovely to pair with a stay. We spent the extended Pentecost weekend in Bungalow No. 33 for the first time. After many holidays around Austria in hotels, B&Bs and small apartments, this was our favorite so far. It’s warmly and thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of room and a favorite corner for everyone, from the bench by the tiled stove to the covered terrace and sunny garden. The Fischers made us feel welcome right away and showed us around. They were always happy to share tips for hikes, outings and places to eat. We enjoyed every minute and will be back. Each season must bring something different to discover here. A wholehearted recommendation, 1000%!

We’ve come back to the bungalow in both summer and winter, and each visit has been a great holiday. The Fischer family are always so welcoming, and the place is stylish while still being practical. There’s lots to do around the area. We’ll definitely return.

A weekend there gave the three of us exactly the chance to switch off that we needed. It felt wonderfully removed from the rest of the world, in a good way, and was a lovely place to relax, reflect and find ourselves. The hosts were welcoming, every little detail had been taken care of, and we felt at home straight away. One of my best weekends.
