That afternoon meal at Das Alpin was much more than a snack. From 4 to 7 pm, they served soup, a main course, salads, cold cuts, cheeses and desserts, all included with the breakfast rate. We came for a ski holiday with a group of friends and families, and everyone was delighted. The hotel is warm and family-run, with lovely staff and a great base for skiing the whole Wilder Kaiserin area. The ski bus stops just across the street, and Scheffau is a postcard-pretty village with all the amenities. Anela was especially friendly and made us feel comfortable. We’d happily return and recommend the hotel.

The afternoon snack and breakfast were both delicious, and handy to have. Our room was spotless, the staff were so welcoming, and trails and buses were easy to reach from here. Wish we could've stayed longer lol.

They were really kind when I booked the wrong dates, upgraded me and still found room for me. Breakfast and the dinner snacks were quite good, and the room was comfortable. The bus stop isn't far away, and they provide passes to get around during your stay. Great staff.

The food was fresh, with plenty of good choices. We tried both breakfast and the snack/dinner, and enjoyed them. The rooms were clean, service was great, and the ski lifts are very close.
