Landhaus Kumbichl

The hosts were kind and helpful, and made sure we had what we needed, including daily bakery deliveries and access to the sauna. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very nice, close to Ahornbahn and within walking distance of Penkenbahn.

The country-style apartment was beautiful and very clean, with a great kitchen and a huge balcony. It was well furnished and had everything we wanted. We stayed last September for a lovely weekend, and were welcomed so warmly into a friendly family atmosphere. We'd love to return.

Katarina was friendly and helpful, and we felt completely at home. We and our baby were warmly welcomed, with everything we could want already prepared. There was a play area downstairs, and we could also use the garden, including the sandpit, and have a barbecue. The apartments are spacious and very well equipped. It was great to find sharp knives, clean cutting boards, and various kitchen appliances. The wellness area is large and really nice. We'd love to come back!

Penkenbahn is a 10-minute walk away, and Ahornbahn takes 5 minutes. The well-kept apartment was very welcoming, with a wrap-around balcony. We stayed in app. Jakob-8p. on the 2nd floor. Jakob has a garage for 2 cars, plus an elevator, table tennis, and a small sauna open Mon-Fri from 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM, with a bath towel included. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, with capsules for sale at reception or when ordering rolls, as well as a combination microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. There's also a hairdryer and a TV with various Dutch channels in almost every bedroom. Some drawbacks: the curtains let in a lot of light, there was no recliner or sofa, and the kitchen-diner had little mood lighting. Still, highly recommended!
