The surrounding area is lovely, and the quiet is wonderful. We stayed just one night at this beautiful hotel, which had a very distinctive design and a welcoming feel, and was very comfortable. The receptionist was professional and polite. The one issue was the young waitress's attitude toward our young children. She seemed very annoyed by them, and we felt uncomfortable. If the hotel advertises itself as family friendly, a slightly messy breakfast table is just part of life with children. We would definitely visit again if it weren't for that attitude toward the kids.

The location is convenient, near the city center, and the ski bus stops right outside the hotel. We spent New Year’s Eve and another 4 days at Scheffer’s Hotel, and had a great time. The hotel was clean, the food was tasty, and the hosts were kind and attentive. We'd love to return!

The village is just a five-minute walk away, and I’m already thinking about coming back soon. I stayed with a coach group and everything was fantastic, from the welcome to the meals. The hotel was spotless, and the food made with produce from the family farm was amazing. Thanks to everyone at The Scheffer's.

The sauna and relaxation area is lovely. It isn’t huge, but it has a sauna, steam sauna, pool with water massage features, and heated marble loungers. Those loungers are much more comfortable than they sound.

The waiters really made this place for me. It’s the best team I’ve seen in a long time, and you’re all the best! Hope I get to see you again. The little hotel itself is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and pleasant.
