I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The hostess welcomed us very well, but the host was rude and hostile. He came into the house uninvited several times. When a form was missing the house number, he insisted on getting it right away, and I had to pull someone out of the shower to provide it. On several occasions this man treated us rudely. The evening before we left, he said we had to pay immediately, although check-out wasn't until 10:00 AM. I found his behavior completely lacking in decency or courtesy, and a disgrace to Austrian hospitality. I'll be filing a complaint with booking.com. I'm still baffled by his hostility.

There's plenty of space for five, and the apartment looked just like the pictures online. It was clean and well looked after, with a kitchen that had what we needed. The ski room and boot dryer made it a great base for a ski holiday. Everything was as expected.

We had a great time, everything was handled really well, and the attention was very good. Thanks! We're looking forward to coming back. They'll be in touch soon.
