We stayed three nights and had a great time. Ritteral is in a good spot, offers very good value, and we'd happily book again. Our room had a small kitchen with a portable cooktop, kettle, pans, cutlery and the other basics. There's also a small gym with very good equipment. Check-in was completely smooth, and whenever we had a question the owner replied quickly and was always reachable. We were a little concerned after reading the earlier Google reviews, but as a couple we had a great stay and can't agree with them. We'd absolutely recommend it. Since the place is still quite new, I did notice a few things that could be improved: paper towels in the kitchen would help; the mattresses are very soft, so firmer ones would be better; the bathroom mirror is much too high for someone of average height 😅; a shower gel holder in the shower would be handy; and a bath mat would help because the floor gets very slippery.

The apartment was very clean, looked new, and was nicely equipped despite what some other reviews said. Even with 33°C heat outside, it stayed a comfortable temperature indoors. It's close to the promenade and a grocery store, and digital check-in was easy. We were very satisfied, even though illness meant we had to cut our stay short by one night.

The room is modern and practical, and the location is good: close to town and just a short walk from the lake. But there was no one on-site to contact. During our week there, nobody came to change the towels or check whether there was toilet paper, and the room wasn't even wiped down.

The owner was extremely professional and friendly, and the apartment was cozy. My girlfriend and I stayed for four days, and the location was fantastic, right by the water and near the Spar supermarket. The only thing missing was a frying pan. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend it!
