We lost a lot of money on a 10-night booking and never got to stay there. Our flight to Austria was canceled for reasons outside our control. The other hotels we’d booked agreed to refund us, but this property refused and wouldn’t reschedule our stay. Booking.com was supportive and tried to help, but the property didn’t cooperate. The owner, Anna Maria, was unpleasant and made false claims about us, including saying we’d contacted her from different countries and hadn’t paid, although we’d paid in full through Booking.com. Since it was August, they could easily have booked other guests. Communication was difficult too: they didn’t speak English and were often unavailable. If nothing goes wrong, perhaps you’ll have a good stay, but we’d recommend avoiding the risk.

The owners were nice and gave us useful information, offering help whenever we needed it. They also provided a guest card that lets you visit a few places around the area. A very nice place to stay.

Kind owners and a beautiful setting. The suites are nice and new, with spacious rooms and a bathroom in each one. All good.

There’s plenty to see nearby, and it’s a good destination with children. The setting is beautiful and the staff are nice.
