Whenever we travel in Europe, we choose to stay here. It’s in a convenient spot, has free parking, and feels very safe. The food is excellent, and we can always count on the amenities and conditions needed for a comfortable visit. A wonderful experience every time.

Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The Rosenberger restaurant has fresh food at reasonable prices, with lots to choose from across appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There’s a shop for tourists, a children’s area, and spaces for celebrations and seminars.

Our room was spacious, clean, very dark, and quiet, so we slept well. Breakfast was freshly made and just right, with omelette, fried eggs, sandwiches, and croissants. The coffee was delicious, so I had a second round. We arrived early and passed the time in the kids area, which my five-year-old loved. Lunch was good too: I had the Snitzer, freshly made in a big portion, and my son enjoyed his chicken nuggets. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was fun and informative. Checking out was just as simple, and the lady was so friendly and sweet. They deserve five stars.

We were left out in the cold because we couldn’t get into the hotel and nobody answered the phone. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were polite, and the rooms are a good size and do what you need them to. The location is handy, with McDonald's and KFC a minute’s walk away and a shopping centre across the motorway, about 7-10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car.
