The only downside was parking: we couldn't leave the car overnight near the room, and there were lots of steps up from the parking lot. Otherwise, the apartments were great, clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and perfect for families.

We waited more than two hours to check in, and the receptionist was really unhelpful. This is a hotel, so you have to deal with families as much as you can. Locking the reception door was really rude. Yes, we had to cancel our plans for the day because of the unprofessional staff.

Skiing was fantastic here, right in the middle of the ski region. The apartment had loads of space, was stylish, and came with all the amenities, including a great sauna, ideal ski storage, and fast internet. The location was fantastic too, next to Grafenberg lifts, with Spar two minutes away and the town center a five-minute walk.

The staff were bad, and the room service was the worst.
