The apartment was clean and a good size for 6-8 people, with a big balcony. The skibus stop is only three minutes away. We found it usable overall, though we missed some kitchen items, including a microwave, and the Wi-Fi was very patchy and slow.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment felt cozy and had what we needed for a few days, and the owners made it feel comfortable and homely for a winter or summer break. There's a ski room and boot dryer, and the MPreis shop is 200 meters away. The ski bus stop is just as close, around 200 meters, and gets you to Zillertall Arena and Hochzillertall in a few minutes. Highly recommended.

We wanted snow right outside the door, and the staff said that was what we'd get. It wasn't, which really spoiled our Christmas break, so we left. They showed no sympathy and still wanted the full amount. Such a waste of our vacation money, and we won't return. The apartment itself was clean, but short on kitchenware and had no microwave. The pillows were terrible. It's down in the valley, where there's not much to do.

My daughter booked this apartment for four of us, and we felt at home right away. It was lovingly furnished and very clean and well cared for, inside and out. The owners were helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Haus Christine.
