The view from the sky spa is amazing, whether it's day or night, and the space is generous. They’ve thought of the details too, with towels and scented soap provided. Dinner was a highlight, with high-quality ingredients and flavors that worked really well together. I brought my husband to Krone for his birthday, and we had a great time. The staff were professional and friendly. When we mentioned he was sensitive to noise, they switched our room without any fuss or need for a long explanation. The hotel has a lot of heart, while offering quality on a level I’d compare with international luxury chains.

The spa and pool are great, the staff are friendly, and there are well-planned activities. We also enjoyed the delicious, Michelin-style meals and the lovely views. It's a charming little town and a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended.

The views and setting are magical, and we enjoyed every moment. The spa was clean, modern and really good. Our room was nice, though a bit dated. We had a great few days at Krone in Au. The staff were always pleasant and helpful at breakfast and dinner. Nuri, our waiter, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome each day.

My favorite part was the natural swimming pond in the garden, and the mountain-view spa was so relaxing. The modern design works beautifully with the traditional local wood, and everything was very well maintained. From the welcome onward, I felt at ease. Breakfast surprised me in the best way, with plenty of choice and tasty local products. Dinner was high quality too. I spent a few lovely days here and am already looking forward to coming back.

The afternoon snack could be better, though the restaurant was good and the staff were nice. The wellness area is on the small side compared with top-tier places, but still pleasant. The hotel is a little older, yet well maintained. It costs a bit much, but the location is great for hiking and biking. We enjoyed our stay.
