When we arrived at Versailles Boutique Apartments, no one was there and our room was still dirty from the previous guest. We’d booked easily through booking.com and had a confirmed room, but calling the number provided got us ARBIO Austria. Their staff couldn’t reach the owner or housekeeping, so we had to find somewhere else to stay that same evening. In decades of short-term rentals, nothing like this has ever happened to us. Innviertler Versailles GmbH owns and operates the place, and I feel they failed to meet their contractual obligation. I can’t recommend booking here. They’ve completely lost my trust. Scandalous.

The service was professional and kind, and our room, Dahlia, had a lovely view from the corner of the castle. It was a spacious, comfortable, modern junior suite, really more like an apartment because of the fun, well-equipped kitchen.

We were alone in the castle, which takes a little getting used to, but everything went smoothly. The building is beautiful, the rooms are first-class, and everything was clean and well cared for. We found a very nice restaurant about a five-minute walk away. Booking on the company’s website had been easy, and although nobody was there when we arrived, they let us in over the phone and the room was ready. We couldn’t reach anyone by phone on the morning we left, a minor drawback. Still five stars, and we’ll definitely visit again.

Apartment Jasmin was spacious and clean, and everything was perfect. Just keep in mind the bedroom and living room aren’t separate, so children sleeping on the sofa are still in the parents’ space. Highly recommended!

Breakfast in our room exceeded what we expected, and the whole stay was an unforgettable treat. It was our first time in a castle, and such a special place. There were four of us in two apartments for one night, and we booked the spa package. Planning everything was seamless, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
