The staff were kind and helpful, and they kept our luggage when we arrived. Before we left, they called a taxi for the airport. Our room, which had its own bathroom, was clean and spacious, with plenty of room in the bathroom and good water pressure. Breakfast hit the spot, with nice bread, protein choices, tea, and coffee. There is a very small lift, which we used for our bags the first time, though we didn’t mind walking up to the fourth floor.

What made our stay feel special was how kind everyone was. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was really wonderful. Hotel-Pension Wild is also easy to get to from the airport, with public transport, especially the main metro lines, very close. The city center and main sights are just 5-10 minutes away. We’re grateful for everything!

The location made it easy to get to lots of attractions, and there’s a medium sized supermarket just a stone’s throw away. Our room was comfortable, plain, and very spacious. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and helpful. I’d recommend it to travelers.

I spent one night in a budget single room with a shared toilet, while my friend had a regular room with a private toilet and bath. I found the single room uncomfortable, especially the tiny shower stall. The lighting wasn’t good either.

I can’t recommend this place. I paid by card, then cancelled the room within 30 minutes, but never got my refund. When I wrote to them, they gave me one explanation after another.
