The local buses were free for guests, and there was also an indoor swimming pool we could visit at no charge. On certain days, the desk can arrange a free shuttle to the ski hills if you ask. We stayed over Christmas and were very happy with the clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast came with a good range of choices, including homemade baking, and the coffee was great. The service was so friendly. We had a great time and plan to come back.
The owners were lovely, and we got a free bus pass for the easy 20-minute ride into Innsbruck. The hotel itself feels dated, with a large room decorated in a very 70s style.

Mr.Bergland was a pleasure to talk with and shared lots of information. Everyone was warm and friendly, including the breakfast staff, and there were good breakfast options too. I'd like to visit again.
