The people at reception, Santo and Franziska?, were easily the best part. They were professional, helpful, friendly, and understanding, and gave very good service. The rest of our stay was disappointing. We found a pair of men's underwear in our Kurhaus hotel room, and there was no therme entry included on departure day. With check-in at 2 pm, we could only enjoy the therme for a few hours, which made the half-board price feel expensive. The therme itself was basic, with two pools and a Saunawelt. The sauna rooms were tiny, belongings were left all over the place, and the wet floors felt messy, dirty, and slippery, with hair, dust, and old plasters. We never saw anyone wipe them. The food at the Kurhaus restaurant was below average too. We use Schnitzel to judge basic cooking, and theirs was dry and tough. We wouldn't recommend Kurhaus or return.

We went to this thermal bath on a Sunday in spring. There were three pools open, one outside and two indoors, with different water temperatures. We ate at the restaurant too. The food looked great and tasted fine. Don't miss the yogurt and berry ice cream, it's delicious!

The cold room at 110 C below zero was great. There's also a good therapy center, a large sauna area, and a nice bar.
