The breakfast attendant was especially sweet and attentive, and the reception staff were just as kind. Everyone was so friendly. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The one clear plus is the location. The heating wasn’t enough, and breakfast choices were limited. When the bacon or eggs ran out, they weren’t topped up promptly. The room soundproofing was very poor, so noise from next door and the hallway came through clearly and seriously disrupted our sleep. After we raised the issue with the booking party, the manager responded confrontationally and had a very bad attitude, with no apparent willingness to sort it out. It’s hard to see how this meets a four-star standard.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, and the layout of this little hotel is compact but thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with a surprisingly broad, carefully chosen range of fresh options. Staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. It’s around a 7-minute walk from the station, with a Spar nearby too. I’d definitely come back.

The restaurant food was amazing, and our room was clean. Staff were friendly from the moment we checked in until we left. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. 5/5, recommend it.

We enjoyed the delicious food, and I’d recommend the schnitzel. The staff were really helpful too. There’s private parking on site at no charge, which is a rarity in Europe.
