The place worked really well for our Christmas stay. It was close to Hallstatt and several ski resorts, and the rooms were clean. The owner was friendly and tried to help whenever we asked. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in Mr Pan’s beautiful, comfortable house. There was even a cute little deer family living nearby. The view from the room was stunning, and the price felt very reasonable.

The room didn’t match the photos very well, and it was quite dusty, with spider webs in several spots. The owners also seemed to be absent most of the time. For the price, this was seriously lacking. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The owner is Chinese, but there was no English and communication was difficult. The price was raised on the very same day without any reason. This felt like a scam.

A good spot for visiting Hallstatt, and the price is great. You do need to drive there.
