The spa was the best part for me. The pool, steam room, and sauna were excellent, just what I needed after a long day hiking in the mountains. I also loved breakfast on the terrace at the front of the hotel, with an extensive choice to suit all sorts of preferences. My one small criticism is that the staff seemed a little over-trained and could have been friendlier and more human. That's just my personal taste, and it wouldn't stop me returning. Superb overall.

Such a nice hotel! The receptionist was lovely, kind, and helpful. She even offered us umbrellas before we'd become hotel guests.

I spent a day here and had a really pleasant time, followed by a relaxing night. The spa was the highlight, with all its fancy sauna setup. The hotel is in a great spot for trips to St.Wolfagng, Hallstatt, and Gosau. Breakfast had great options and quality.

The garden being used as a car park makes the place look cheap, and the outside of the building isn't attractive. Once you're in, though, you don't see that. The room was very nice, the beds were good, and the WiFi worked well. I also liked the spa and breakfast. I wish they'd had pancakes :). I didn't try the restaurants.

The health center is gorgeous, and I had the best massage I've had in years. The spa is small but lovely, and the rooms are clean and relaxing. The food is really tasty too. The people here are super friendly, flexible, and professional. I never encountered an unfriendly look or comment; there are always solutions instead of problems. I'd come back regularly.
