We only learned after chasing them, and far too late, that the apartment had been sold and our existing booking was being cancelled. Reaching anyone was difficult, since only the housekeeper was available and she couldn't give us any information. They offered no alternative. This was absolutely outrageous. Do not book here under any circumstances!

The view across to the snow-covered mountains was beautiful, and so was the apartment.
